1. Scope
The final terms must identify the contracting operator for each service, including delivery, mobility, marketplace services or professional subscriptions. They will specify whether ZOND acts as seller, service provider or intermediary.
2. Prices and charges
Prices, taxes, delivery charges, commissions, any surcharges and the applicable currency must be displayed before confirmation. No amount may be added after confirmation without a clear contractual basis.
3. Orders and payment
The journey must allow users to review order details, correct errors and explicitly confirm any obligation to pay. Payment providers, accepted methods and authorisation rules remain to be completed.
4. Performance, cancellation and refunds
Estimated times, cancellation rules, customer absence, product unavailability, refunds and incident handling must be defined separately for each service and territory.
5. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal and its exceptions depend on the nature of the service or product. Any exception must be legally validated and communicated before the order is placed.
6. Warranties and complaints
Applicable statutory warranties cannot be excluded. The complaint channel, processing times and evidence procedure will be specified in the contractual version.
7. Mediation and disputes
Details of the competent consumer mediator must be completed before any sale to a consumer.
